3. Finalise your paperwork with the accommodation and sign your Agreement. 

You can contact us regarding a range of queries and services including but not limited to: Tenancy agreement, storage, local transport, and local city information, bedding & Furniture and other. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Speak to our experts directly who will advise you on your booking Journey. We will help with all the booking process and inform you of your payment options, whether a guarantor is required, and any incentives on offer and help clarify anything you’re unsure of.

In most cases this will be possible but not always guaranteed. The decision is at the accommodation’s discretion. However we will do all we can to secure a room and accommodation that perfectly meets your preferences.

In General it will be your room, utilities and on site amenities such as social spaces, gym, cinema room or other etc. However, this varies between sites to site. Our team of experts will advise you on what’s included when you enquire about a specific property.

In general it varies between different accommodations providers. If you change your mind or your circumstances have changed, please let us know as soon as you can and we can advise the next steps. We will do our utmost best to ensure a mutual resolution between you and the Accommodation provider has been achieved.

If you have signed your tenancy agreement with the accommodation provider, you may not be able to cancel until you find a replacement tenant. There are cases where the accommodation provider may release you or help you relocate. Please liaise with us and we will do our best to find the best resolution.
